Very basic hotel but suited our needs as we were working in London,
Hot water took its time getting to the room but hot once it arrived,
bed was ok and it had TV and kettle,
Would use again if in the area.

The hotel is in an ideal location, close to shops and within walking distance of the tube and train stations. However, the overall experience was disappointing, especially considering the price. Parking is an additional £15, which I found expensive.
We arrived at around 1:20 PM, mistakenly thinking check-in was at 1 PM. We understood when we were told the actual check-in time was 2 PM, and we were asked to wait around 30 minutes. However, we ended up waiting approximately 45 minutes, and the room still wasn’t ready. Other guests who arrived after us were checked in before us, which was frustrating after driving 4–5 hours from another city and simply wanting to freshen up.
The Wi-Fi was also unavailable throughout our entire stay. We were told the provider was being contacted, but the connection never returned before checkout.
When we finally entered the room, we saw the cleaning staff finishing the preparation, which appeared to take only a few minutes despite our lengthy wait.
The room itself was spacious, but noise from the room above was a major issue. We could clearly hear footsteps, running water and toilet flushing, and we couldn’t sleep properly until around 2 AM when the noise stopped.
Overall, the location is excellent, but the service, Wi-Fi issue and noise made the stay disappointing. Given the price and additional parking charge, I would hesitate to stay again.

The hotel is easy to locate right on the main road, and the front desk staff did assist us with an iron and hairdryer when asked. The room and the toilet were clean.
However, the overall experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, the reception staff was very unwelcoming and unprofessional, failing to provide basic information like Wi-Fi details, breakfast times, or package inclusions.
Our room was located in the basement, accessible only via a very narrow passage that was extremely difficult to navigate with heavy luggage. The carpeting on the stairs and in the room smells terrible and feels like it hasn't been deep cleaned in years—replacing it with tiles would be a huge improvement. The heating was also completely non-functional, missing any knobs to adjust or turn on. Additionally, housekeeping was inconsistent; while the room and bathroom were actually clean on our first day, no one came to service or clean the room on our second day, and the bedcover definitely needs replacing.

The hotel was OK.Clean room nice staff on reception.
However the false advertising for the Little Napoli restaurant for a breakfast voucher was a joke.
The place did not open for breakfast at anytime and those guests who bought a voucher before the stay at 621 have been ripped off.
Do not buy a voucher before you go!

For the price I really cannot complain! The staff were lovely, and the cleaning staff were especially helpful. The room was nice, the only thing I could point out was the damp patch on the wall which needs a cover up, but apart from that, it was a lovely stay and I slept like a baby.
