A great location on the Thames. Lots of bars and restaurants near by. We needed 3 beds for our family and so much better than booking 3 hotel rooms.
Best underground London Bridge. The jubilee line got us to Green park and Westminster quickly.
Staff were lovely, shops nearby.

The check in was smooth and the staff stored our bags until the room was ready, The room was clean and spacious and the beds comfortable. Close to cafes and tubes. We booked using our Tesco club card points so it was a perfect way to stay in London for a night

This stay has been my favorite in all of London and I seriously don't want to stay anyplace else again. I want them to open in Cornwall, Cambridge, and Oxford so that I can remain loyal to their brand and never be disappointed with an uncertain booking again. This place was so clean, spacious, safe, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location can't be beat, close to the Underground, the Tower, Borough Market, and the Globe. I could find absolutely no fault with this stay. I will definitely be back.

Great experience

The staff was great including Iva, Hamzah and Yazid, the cleaners and the maintenance man who helped us with a tv remote issue. The room was cool and clean. We slept so well! We will be coming back.

Fantastic location, very comfortable!

Our family of three (traveling with a 6 year old) stayed at Native Bank side for a little more than a week. The hotel was clean, comfortable, private, had excellent air conditioning during the unbelievable heatwave in London and is in an excellent location. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. We were helped by Hamzah, Yazid and Iva all of whom were excellent. We would definitely stay again!
