Good place
There is no reception. You get given a code for the door, and then a code for a small safe where you collect your room key from. This all worked fine. No problems at all.
The rooms were really nice with high standard fixtures and fittings. No complaints at all. I think I do personally prefer a standard hotel setup, but would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone staying in the Fulham area.

Everything about this property is cheap.
Unfortunately everything about this place was cheap and unpleasant. Photos disguise a tired property.
The access details were never sent to me and the staff were extremely rude when I called for the access code. When I arrived at 5.30.pm an unfortunate mother with her little girl had been waiting at least an hour to get into their property, understandably quite upset. Staff were rude to her too.
It is on a busy road so traffic noise is bad, far from tranquil.
The kitchen was dirty, the walls were marked, scuffed and the lounge was dirty and covered in claw marks from what I can only assume was a cat.
The cutlery was also dirty.
If you can manage the grubbiness it is in a decent location.

Cómodo, sencillo y limpio
Estuvimos muy cómodos. Solo quiero mencionar algunas cosas a tener en cuenta: tiene mucha iluminación natural (tener en cuenta en verano y primavera), depende del día la circulación en la calle puede resultar un poco ruidosa, no tiene ascensor y el check out es muy temprano. Pero nada tan grave como para no volver.
