Very nice and friendly staff. Room was very clean and tidy! Unfortunately I’d love to try Turkish breakfast but I had to leave early…. But next time I will.

Avoid like the plague
I have never in my life experienced a hotel so utterly abysmal that I would sooner sleep in a pigsty, however, having visited this location, I may stand corrected.
I understand that this place is recently in new ownership, and I believe that the five-star reviews that the hotel has received predate the change of hands. My mother and I required a place to stay for two nights while she was attending a class, and she was met by appalling customer service. The owners could not find her booking, causing great anxiety. The room to which she was brought was, frankly, disgraceful, and clearly not cleaned since the last people stayed there. By disgraceful, I am referring to bedsheets and pillow covers that had not been cleaned (the pillows stank), dirty floors and bathrooms, a kettle with water still inside it, and, most abhorrently of all, semen dried onto the corner of the duvet cover. I repeat, SEMEN. Were this not enough, the man running this rather brothel-like institution had the audacity to deny that the room was not cleaned in the first place.
My mother, in utter shock, was shown to a second room, since, as any sane human can imagine, she most certainly was not going to remain in this slice of hell. However, this second room may have been comparable to the first, if worse. This is around the point that I myself walked in, and I have attached photos to illustrate the experience. The bedsheets, this time, were clean (thank goodness), however this was the only part of the room that had been cleaned. The shower had not been cleaned, nor the floors, which had dirt and hair on them. The toilet had remnants of menstrual blood inside. The bathmats had not been replaced. The skirting boards were dirty and had mould beneath the door. The “view” from our ground floor room was akin to a portal to a third-world country, with chairs, washing machines and all sorts of shrapnel strewn across a lawn, and the paint on the walls had cracks. And this would all have been acceptable had the door from which the “view” was beheld by us (in shock horror, as one can imagine), was unlocked. When we asked the man to lock this door, he told us that he was the only one there and we were safe, which gives one an impression of how little these owners care about the hotel residents’ peace of mind while they are sleeping. When we pushed for him to lock the door, he was unable to and left us on our own. No apology.
Prior to the door fiasco, the man was muttering to himself when we got him to resolve the dirty bathroom and bathmat issue and had simply no care for his customers.
We of course could not bear this place any longer and demanded a refund, which was met with severe backlash and refusal from both the man and his boss. No apologies were given at any point of the experience. The people who worked there were sitting, watching TV and drinking alcohol in the foyer. We resolved to stay elsewhere for a substantial amount cheaper. Good riddance.

Providing hospitality above and beyond
My brother Adam needed a home from home whilst his flat was being renovated. Adam has mental health issues that bring him much social anxiety but he felt very welcome and really made to feel at home. Miri and the hotel owner Hasan Tat were wonderful with him. He stayed for a few weeks and had breakfast every day, was made to feel so welcome he really enjoyed his stay, I was nervous for him but Miri took him under her wing, even did his washing for him and helped me keep in contact. They went out of their way to support him as a local resident with needs in the community and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Friendly, professional team, good people, the hotel is clean and well managed a great little Gem for anyone to stay! The garden is fabulous and the food is great!

Weird stain in the middle of the bottom sheet on my bed but was fine for a place to rest after a concert.

We only met one member of staff but she was absolutely brilliant. Really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.
24/7 Bar available and a nice large garden for use. Breakfast was offered but we didn’t use this service.
Clean and nice bathroom in the room. Stayed in a triple room which had everything you needed. Although, we did find 3 condoms and an empty condom wrapper in the drawer.
The room was quite warm, but we were on the top floor in 30 degree weather so that is to be expected, but there is no fan or air con.
It’s in a lovely area with a nice park a short walk away, not sure on other amenities as we did not need them.
