Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the elevator starts on the first floor. For stays of more than one night: Failure to contact the hotel before 05:00 on the first night will result in a cancellation of the reservation and the full amount will be charged. Please also note that the credit card used to make the payment must be presented upon check in. When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.
