Free parking is provided on site, as well as free Wi-Fi. An en suite bathroom, flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities are featured in each room at The Oaks, including a continental power adapter. A wide selection of cereals, fruit juices and breads are provided at breakfast, as well as croissants and yoghurt. Cafés, shops and pubs can be found within a 10-minute walk of the guest house. Oxford Street and London’s West End can be reached in less than an hour via tube from Southgate Station. The Oaks Guest House London

Lovely big room with a sofa to sit in comfort. Parking outside was a very important consideration
Kitchenette to help yourself to cereals croissants etc for breakfast, teas and coffee available in the room

Comfortable and welcoming

Stayed here for one night while visiting London for an event and had a very enjoyable stay. The guest house is well located within easy reach of restaurants, cafes and the tube network but in a quiet and secluded spot. There is a secure car park, the room was clean, comfortable and well equipped with toiletries and the welcome warm and friendly. Breakfast was great with a good choice. Would highly recommend.

Perfect.....

Breda our host was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. It’s a lovely house with comfortable, spotlessly clean rooms with all the facilities you could want. Very good continental style breakfast, loads of choices including eggs cooked to order.
Great location for Ally Pally, short walk to public transport or a reasonably priced cab ride.
Considering how close to highly populated areas it was beautifully quiet, guaranteeing a good night’s sleep...
Already booked a return visit, so can’t recommend more highly...

The Oaks Guest House

I really enjoyed my stay at The Oaks Guesthouse. A quiet and spacious room with a very comfortable bed.
The landlady made me feel so at home and was very helpful. I would love to come back to stay again. Highly recommended.

perfect overnight stay

This guest house was in a very quiet location at the end of a lane with a secure gated car park. The room was perfect..comfortable beds with a large window and ample storage. The ensuite was large with a window ,heated towel rail, bath and walk in shower. The breakfast catered for all needs..we loved the bowl of fresh fruit salad particularly.
We can't recommend this guest house enough and will definitely return.
