Clean modern apartment well situated for Wembley Stadium.
Clean and modern apartment in Brent Cross. Although close to a main road was very quiet. Positioned behind a petrol station so could be a little tricky to spot. You have to walk alongside forecourt which could be dangerous.
Apartment does need a bit of maintainence. A couple of light fittings hanging down and sprinkler doesn't look like it has been finished off.
Apartment a short walk from underground and overground stations.
Easy to get to Wembley stadium via public transport.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ from 5 – Stay 4 nights without breakfast
Rooms mostly dust-free, but many shortcomings: Walls with scratch marks, stains, holes and crepe tape residue, cobwebs in corners, white flakes on the bed linen, crumbs in the bedside table, stains on duvet. In the bathroom: Hair and dust lint, lime in the shower, weak water pressure, water drains poorly, stains on the walls, heating permanently on. Bed creaks, extractor heavily soiled, musty dishwashing sponge, refrigerator smells like food. Thin walls, you can hear everything.
Service: Early check-in possible for an extra charge – but has not been implemented, therefore check-in realistically only from 3 pm. Check out 11 a.m. Cleaning only before arrival and after departure, during the stay only towel/paper change on request.
Conclusion: Clean in rough but outdated condition, many small defects and weak Service.

Terrible communication
I was booked in for today at Victoria Studios, but unfortunately, I experienced a family emergency—my nephew was involved in a serious accident and was in critical condition, making it impossible for me to travel to London. I reached out to Victoria Studios multiple times through the Booking.com app—on four separate occasions—to explain the situation and inquire about the possibility of a refund. Additionally, Booking.com themselves attempted to contact the property via email on my behalf.
Despite all these efforts, I have received no response whatsoever from Victoria Studios. The complete lack of communication during a time of personal distress was extremely disappointing. While I understand that refund policies vary, the absence of even a simple acknowledgment or response shows a lack of professionalism. I would strongly urge others to consider this when choosing where to stay. Communication and empathy go a long way, especially in unforeseen circumstances. I got another email today confirming my stay even though they have ignored my previos 5 messages. I rang the number provided on the email and the call would not connect. I was able to get through the emergency number provided,however the lady said she could not help at all.

The hotel is located near the train station, a bus stop and a supermarket. the room is comfortable but very dirty. the floor had not been cleaned (hair pile, stains...) and the garbage contained a used condom and panties. We had to ask several times for the cleaning of the floor. moreover, the hotel did not reply to any of my messages expressing my dissatisfaction. I really do not recommend it if you are looking for a clean place.

catastrophic
When we arrived, there was no reception, no explanation of where to go in the lobby of the building under construction and no studio number on the reservation. We had to go by email every 5 minutes to get answers, like the TV, very dusty, which didn't work because the remote control was not connected. The bath towels smelled very bad, there were 3 of us, there were only 2 seats. Furthermore, it was impossible to park nearby, because of this our stay cost us double what we had planned because this charming person, whom we never spoke to by telephone since she hung up on us, told us gave us the agreement to park at the gas station which is located at the bottom of his building which resulted in the theft, I mean the theft of €151, that the station manager, whom we did not see no longer only its seller, asked us to pay in cash for bad parking otherwise he would not return the car to us which he took the liberty of blocking with a padlock and a cone while we were not in the way and of course without receipt of the fine nor a ticket corresponding to it. This is simply SHAMEFUL!!!
moreover the environment is execrable, a store under construction on all sides and questionable people until no time. Not reassuring at all. Frankly, I strongly advise against it!! sorry so disappointed that I didn't think to take photos. :(
