Average hotel, nice staff

This is better than budget but not expensive. In the middle of Luton and the one way system but we did have a peaceful sleep. Room was fine. No frills but very adequate.
Plenty places to eat nearby. Hotel has a bar and a nice menu.

The room was very clean. Alot of gadgets for a sparks hotel.
Reception very helpful
Bar very accommodating for inner town hotel.

Staff happy to help and appeared to be professional. Great location, close to railway/bus station.
A minor issue with our room was sorted swiftly, would recommend this hotel.

The room is tiny and like a student halls. Not what you’d expect for the price. Very claustrophobic and poor quality.

Room wasn’t ready upon check in
The mattress was hard. When asked for a mattress topper they didn’t know offer or have this as an option.
My room was not cleaned when I was out from 9:15-midnight
Breakfast was basic
