We’ll be back - just excellent!!

Just a great experience - in the last year the customer service has really gone up a notch - from very average to superb! The staff super friendly and efficient both at dinner and breakfast. The rooms although excellent maybe starting to look a little tired, but def worth a visit. The easy access to the area is brilliant too, Milford on Sea, Lymington. Etc. And only an hour and a half from Windsor. We’ll be back!!

Sullen staff

Lovely garden apart from the fallen down tree. Staff slightly sullen on arrival asked to go and sit in the grass area as not eating. Thought one member of staff was quite abrupt.
Lovely surroundings with the river and bridge.
Dogs welcome which is always nice.
Drinks quite expensive.

This place was a hidden gem, so adorable. Room was cute but there were really bad stains all over the carpet which was off putting. Restaurant was adorable but had a very musty smell inside. Loved eating in the atrium and garden area. Overall a comfortable 1 night stay. I would just recommend replacing the carpets and doing some deeper cleaning in the restaurant/bar.

Lovely but ....

Lovely place to stay, polite and efficient staff, lovely grounds and great breakfast. The only thing stopping me giving it 5 stars is the evening menu. Not a great choice and a bit too fancy for our liking. The people sat near us said the same. Such a shame

Unfortunately we had to change rooms due to the amount of dog hairs on the bed!. The manager moved us to another room.
