Competent and friendly staff.

Faultless who couldn’t do more if they tried - Naualy even helped me pick out the colours for a new suit!!!
A wonderful venue with capable, adaptable and competent staff.

The continual sound of a fan or generator (not the air conditioning) going in the room kept me awake all night. Avoid this place.

Excellent hotel and great service

Excellent hotel in a very good location, right next to the University of Manchester. The room was spacious and pristine, and the service was excellent, particularly Andreia, a kind and attentive waitress at The Graduate Bar. I had a lovely stay overall!

My Manchester Hotel of choice

An excellent seven day stay. The staff were excellent, with particular mention to Kelly in the restaurant, Andreid and the team in the bar and the lady who checked me in at reception and ensured that my stay was comfortable throughout including a smooth room change for my last night before an early morning flight.

Excellent service in the bar and for dinner.

Excellent service in the Graduate Bar by Andreia and Naualy.
The hotel is a safe bet, and is well located (including for the local car parks for those driving into the city).
