I stayed for two weeks aat the hotel, Great location walking distance to the station and a short bus ride to my brother's Care home. Property was well maintained and the cleaning and front office staff were very responsive and helpful. The breakfast could have been better and tastier. Finally the gym equipment was inadequate and the
gym card did not work beyond the first day. Luckily, MK has many beautiful walking paths nearby which I was able use daily.

Booked a standard queen room, was given a disabled facility room (room 512), bathroom was wet room with shower. Should have had shower and bath. Bed was uncomfortable, carpet had multiple stains on it. Cooked breakfast was poor, and also had to pick up 6 glasses before i found a clean one. Staff were average. Will not book here again.

Clean room, pleasant temperature, comfy bed and duvet. Only one chair and no table which was ok for one night but wasn’t comfortable sitting in bed to watch tv. Bathroom fans noise in bedroom but go off eventually after light off. Room 219 had some noise but nothing major from revellers outside in the alley at 2am . Bathroom showing slight signs of wear and tear. I struggled to turn on cold water bath tap but the shower was good. Liked the toiletries. Tissues and glasses are a bonus. Only four coffee sachets and one or two more would have been appreciated. Breakfast was okay. Was asked if I’d like to order poached eggs which was a thoughtful gesture. Was disappointed the cereal is no longer in the individual boxes so I didn’t eat. Had a croissant and added Brie and bacon which was good. Reasonable selection on buffet overall. Some items such as melon wasn’t replenished which was a pity.

I regularly stay at the Leonardo, the rooms are spotlessly clean with a choice of pillows. I never hear any doors banging or neighbours.
However the beds seem to be getting more and more unsupportive. And the gym could do with some music and at the very least some lights.

We stayed for 2 nights this weekend whist Electric Paradise Festival was on and the hotel was lovely. It was really clean and the staff were so friendly. It’s located around 1.5 miles from the national bowl. There’s a bus stop just outside which runs to the bowl and plenty of taxis. The bar and lounge area was really nice too with a lovely atmosphere. The double room was a decent size and comfortable. The room didn’t have a safe or a fridge which I would have liked but overall it wasn’t a problem. Really happy with our stay. Thank you
