Good size room and clean.

Had the pleasure of staying at this hotel , when the bad storms hit cornwall we were unfortunate to be without power for a couple of days at our home , so we decided to stay in a hotel for a night due to having no heating or able to make food!
A lovely sized room with the added bonus of a fridge.
Hotel was warm and cozy with access to a kitchen on site if we wanted to cook our own food.
Room was clean and nice extras in the bathroom.
Hotel is very close to the town centre so only a short walk and parking is available at the front of the hotel.
Would stay here again if ever in a pickle ❤️

Allocated room 140 which was clean, tidy and plenty of tea coffee etc thanks,but please get the floorboards fixed down properly, as the people up above were moving around a lot up to midnight, & again at 2am, and the creaking flooring was bit of a nightmare! The staff were friendly and helpful too. 😃

Although the room was adequate for the price, my experience was not. Other guests were allowed to make excessive noise between 12-4am continually. They were talking/arguing loudly and playing music that could be clearly heard in my room. There was supposed to be a night porter maintaining the house rules of quiet time, however this did not happen to any extent. I did not feel able to directly address this as they were clearly drunk and I was a solo traveller. I have stayed in hotels all over the word and this was the worst experience I have had. I was going to mention this when checking out but the receptionist just took the key and turned around and walked away.

I had the most disgusting stay at this hotel
First three nights now fresh air due to broken windows, not working shower, dirty room and reception not helping
After three nights they have me new room but after night there was water leak

Nice clean and tidy room.
Bathroom was clean and easy, shower bit small but that's a me problem.
Would have licked a bedside plug but overall nice and enjoyable stay.
