The staff were amazing and nothing was ever too much trouble
The buffet breakfast was excellent
I would say that im looking too coming this time next year.

The aircon was broken and it was a heatwave. So the room temperature was unbearable and it was not possible to sleep with my wife who has menopause and even a very loud noisy fan didn’t help. When we felt like we could fall asleep the noisy fan would keep you awake. Tried to ask for another room but that was not possible. I am looking for a refund on this nights stay.

Nice Hotel In Good Location

Good location and reasonable charge of just £3 for parking (although I think it should be in with the price of the room).
Room was a little tired but air conditioning was superb! That good I had to turn it down in the end. Good power shower and large TV with good channel selection.
Empty fridge which I never understand, where is the mini bar??
Main bar, Polish lady was so nice and chatty, food was also good although we felt menu selection was very limited!
Overall it was a pleasant overnight stay and I will return again.

Exceptional Hotel Team and Service

We hosted an event here with the help of The Delta. The entire team were utterly sensational and they had the most amazing rooms, conference spaces and food offerings. The place was so clean and had all the amenities one could ask for. The service is exceptional and if ever you are in Northampton you should go here. Big shout out to Jordan, Louise and Robert for making everything effortless and helping host this event.
