Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of NOK 5000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Check-in and key collection takes place at Schweigaardsgate 15B, 0191 Oslo. You will receive check-in instructions via SMS text message on the day of arrival. Weekly cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are included for stays longer than 10 nights. Final cleaning is included for all stays. If you book several apartments, please note that Bjørvika Apartments cannot guarantee that all apartments are located at the same address, building or floor. Parking is available for an extra fee. The maximum height to enter the car park is 2 metres high. If you book an apartment for one more person than fixed beds, a fold out extra bed will be added.
