Only stayed for one night and was happy with everything. Comfortable room (with a fan to keep the temp cool), friendly helpful staff and a lovely cooked breakfast. Everywhere was clean and there is a car park at the rear of the property.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very nice. Lovely evening meal and breakfast. Would have been nice to see all 3 real ale handpumps in use, but the one on, TT Landlord was in good condition. Would certainly stay again.

The room was comfortable but the bathroom looked very tired and there was a rip in the bedroom net curtain. You have to order cooked breakfast the day before which is fine but the quality was only mediocre and not much choice if you decide against a cooked breakfast.
Plenty of parking and took about 10 mins to drive to Oakham.

Very enjoyable stay good location for visiting Rutland and surrounding towns.

A lovely 2 night stay in a cosy Inn & within easy reach of the beautiful surrounding Market towns of Oakham & Stamford.
Bernard was a very pleasant & helpful owner & we would definitely recommend staying there.
