Fantastic

WOW!!! Absolutely fantastic place. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very cheery Sam who showed us to Room 2 which beautifully presented with everything we needed for an overnight stay while visiting family. The bed was incredibly comfortable, towels and toiletries were provided along with tea/coffee. Sam had also opened the windows and put a fan on to cool the room. The room was spotlessly clean and the bedding of a good quality. The ensuite was compact but offered everything we needed. The following morning we went down to breakfast and were greeted by Wade who brought us the pre-ordered breakfast which was delicious with my bacon cooked to perfection; the hot chocolate was absolutely delicious. After we packed we went down to leave and spent some time chatting with Wade and Sam who were very pleasant, the hugs as we left meant we felt appreciated and will most definitely be returning. This B&B had everything we needed.

We loved our stay at Saracens House. Sam and Wade made us feel so welcome. Our room was spotless and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, much better than we had at a 5 star Manchester hotel that we used earlier this year. The choice was extensive with something for everyone. We had Sam’s homemade sourdough each morning, fresh fruit salad and a cooked to order breakfast with freshly brewed delicious tea and coffee. We would recommend it to anyone and look forward to staying again next year.

Beautiful place

Absolutely fantastic place , Sam and Wade brilliant hosts, room spotless , extras in room a lovely touch, breakfast amazing, would highly recommended

I travel with work and this is one of the cleanest places I have stayed at. The host was so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The bed was super comfy and the bedding was so soft. The room was spotless! I don't often leave reviews but needed to leave one as this is genuinely a perfect place to stay for business or for leisure you won't be disappointed.

Superb Saracens House

Nicely located about 1.5 miles from Knott end there is a reason every review is 5 out of 5.This luxury B&B is truly outstanding.The best was amazingly comfortable.If they were on Four in a bed then I can say without reservation,they'd win it.The best Full English this side of the Himalayas, bar none.Unbeliveable hosts in Sam and Wade.Sam even ironed my shirt for me so I could pop next door to the fabulous Black Bull(Great homemade fayre).I don't think she'll thank me for making that public!All of everthing you get here is considerably thought out and those little extra touches stand out to make you're stay here.memorable.Truly lovely,warm genuine hosts who go that extra mile.If you haven't stayed here please do and it won't be the last time as it won't be mine.Love,hugs and kisses.Terry xxP.S- My review now makes it 100 5 star reviews out of 100.
