Nice location by the river. Room extremely small but nice lounge area and kitchen available. No kettle in room was not ideal as I was on 2nd floor so lots of running up and down for a cup of tea! Room also very warm in hot weather. Fan provided but not great and a bit noisy. Quiet street though so decent sleep until sun came up and blinds didn't keep it out. Great value for money and would definitely stay again when travelling alone.

Check in was easy. The room was small and reasonably comfortable but didnt like the bed pushed up against the wall. We are a couple in our seventies so it wasn't comfortable clamouring over the other to get out of bed. The coffee and cereal for breakfast was much appreciated.

Accessible apartment,- NOT!

The front door was extremely dirty, which creates a poor first impression on arrival. I was also informed that this would be an accessible apartment; however, this was not the case. There are three steep steps at the entrance, the doors throughout are very heavy to open, and the bathroom does not provide sufficient space to manoeuvre safely. The bathroom also lacks an emergency red cord, and the handle on the folding door is broken.
The bed provided was not suitable for my accessibility needs, although the bedding itself appeared clean. Overall, the apartment felt generally grubby and did not meet the standard or accessibility requirements.
