Warm welcome, friendly hosts a home from home!

My partner and her two daughters stayed here for a long weekend so we could visit Edinburgh, a lot cheaper option than staying in the capital. Andy and Sheila the hosts are super friendly and very helpful, it was like we had been friends for years and we felt like part of the family when we left. Edinburgh is very accessible from Inverkeithing train station, we opted to take a taxi there. The bus stop is a few hundred yards down the road so Dunfermline is not far away, the buses run every 15 minutes. The cooked breakfast is exceptional, we would highly recommend this place.

Geocaching & Adventure Lab Holiday

A huge shout-out to Andy and Sheila for being exceptional hosts who truly know how to create a welcoming atmosphere. The room was of excellent quality, complete with a tea and coffee tray, biscuits, a bottle of water, and a delightful sweet treat. Breakfast was simply outstanding—cooked to perfection and incredibly filling, with a nice selection of cereals and fresh fruit available. Thank you, Andy. Your willingness to go above and beyond, even printing out a map to the train station for me, was greatly appreciated.
I will certainly be back and will definitely recommend it to all my friends.

Wonderful!

We genuinely enjoyed our stay here. Our hosts, Andy and Sheila, went above and beyond to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort and a warm welcome which made us feel at home during our stay. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and consistently well cooked and presented. We thoroughly recommend a stay in this first class B&B.

A Hidden Gem - Highly Recommended

One of the warmest welcomes and most pleasant stays that I've had at a B&B. Owners were friendly and relaxed. Room was clean, modern and bed was very comfortable - we also booked the en-suite, so no need to share. Reasonably priced with free parking, free WIFI and a decent breakfast - choice of traditional or vegetarian cooked, plus fruit and cereal. Such a great stay - pity we weren't there longer but really will return when next in area. Sat-nav played havoc with the location and the road it's on may well make you think it's not right (the B&B doesn't announce itself with signage) - this is not a criticism just an observation. Owner may need to update photos on Booking.com and TripAdvisor - they don't do the building updates justice. Would definitely recommend!

Superb B&B all round.

Very friendly, Andy and Sheila open their home as a B&B. A beautiful home that was very comfortable, clean and warm. We were treated to a lovely cooked breakfast in the mornings with my ‘gluten free’ diet catered for.,Altogether a great couple of days and we’ll happily go back if there’s space when we need to go again. Millie was very friendly too. Thank you Andy and Sheila.
