Great place in Rye.

Judith And Javed were excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful. We arrived a little early, and they were happy to allow us to check-in early. Our room was at the front of the house, and was very comfortable and well appointed. The breakfasts were superb, with many home made items.
Magnolia House is very well situated, with just a short walk into Rye to explore the old town.
I would definitely recommend Magnolia House as a place to stay if you want great accommodation in Rye.

Great place in Rye.

Judith and Javed were excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful. We arrived before the check in time, but they were happy to let us check in early. The accommodation was superb. We had a lovely comfortable room at the front of the house. Breakfasts were great, with plenty of home made goodies.
Magnolia House is only a short walk into Rye, where we were able to enjoy the very pleasant old town.
I'd thoroughly recommend Magnolia House as a place to stay if you are holidaying in Rye.

Excellent stay

We had an excellent stay for a couple of days at Magnolia House. The room was a great size, with air conditioning and very well set up with everything we needed. it is situated a few minutes walk from the centre of Rye with a car park on site. Javed and Judith were excellent hosts and most welcoming.. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food available cooked to order. There were also quality home made items. They adhere strongly to their zero carbon ethos. All areas were very clean. I would thoroughly recommend Magnolia House to anyone wanting to stay in Rye.

A Home Away from Home

Our stay with Javet and Judith was one of the highlights of our trip. For almost ten days, their B&B truly felt like our home away from home.
Our room was spacious, bright, tastefully furnished, and spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom modern, with a large, excellent shower, and everything worked perfectly. We also appreciated the minibar, the fast Wi-Fi, and the large TV.
But the breakfast deserves a special mention. It was simply outstanding! Every morning Javet prepared a delicious breakfast to order, with a wide choice of freshly cooked dishes, all beautifully presented and made with great care and skill. The breakfast room is charming, stylishly furnished and filled with beautiful plants that add a lovely natural touch to an already warm and welcoming atmosphere.
What made our stay truly special, however, was Javet and Judith themselves. They are wonderful hosts—kind, thoughtful and genuinely welcoming. Judith's recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try were invaluable and helped us discover some of the very best that Rye has to offer.
Thanks to them, we will always have wonderful memories of Rye, and we sincerely hope to return, perhaps in another season. We couldn't recommend this B&B more highly.

You'll be glad you chose Magnolia House

Aircon massive plus in the heatwave - Room 1 had it and was dog friendly. The room was a good size, bed was huge and the bathroom was top end appointed with everything super clean and just 5 stars all round. Lots of walks on the door step for our dog and 5 minutes to the high street along the river. Javed and Judith were such pleasant and wonderful owners; nothing was too much trouble. You'll be pleased you chose Magnolia House.
