Rooms are in a block next to the bar and restaurant. The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and there were tea/coffee making facilities in the room. TV had free view channels. Check in was easy, the staff were all very pleasant. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and quality local produce were used, as well as the usual cereal, yoghurt, toast making facilities and fruit juices. Plenty of parking and convenient for a visit to Newcastle of Northumbria. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and recommend Michaelangelos.

Convenient location, plenty of posting and we received a warm welcome upon arrival.
We were impressed with the clean, spacious room and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
Excellent, quality food for both dinner and breakfast.
Overall, cannot recommend enough and will be sure to stay again

Lovely, clean, and comfortable room. The bed and mattress were of excellent quality, and I had a very good night's sleep. We had dinner in the restaurant, which was fantastic. The portions were generous, and the food was of a very high standard. We stayed in the family room and, unfortunately, there was a noticeable iron burn mark in the middle of the carpet. Breakfast was cooked to order, with tea and coffee available on request. Overall, the breakfast was enjoyable. However, the sausages were not of the same quality as the rest of the meal, and when we ordered additional pots of tea, the tea bags were not replaced. The restaurant staff were helpful throughout our stay, although at times they seemed a little abrupt when speaking with guests.

What a beautiful hidden gem!!!
The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the room was lovely and the food was delicious!
Will definitely return when our son has his next golf competition up that way!

Excellent location for Tyneside Golf Club. The food in the restaurant was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay.
