Absolutely fabulous

What an absolutely stunning location and rooms. Beautifully decorated with the stunning view. Great location to see all the best bits of Scarborough. Will definitely be booking to stay again. Thank you xx

Beautiful place disgusting guests

Beautiful room with stunning view. All modern with coffee machine, kettle, microwave and fridge. Very hot but a fan in the room really helped. Room 216 needs a new bed as creaked loudly every time you moved.
Water runs out of shower tray onto floor despite putting a shower mat down. The floor was soaking.
We had been to a concert at the open air theatre which was fab and got back late but made sure we were quiet then the fun started when a couple bounced in at 2am shouting and bawling. Then their music went on at full blast and they continued to party until the early hours!
The owners obviously cannot control the guests but it totally spoilt our visit.
Not a place for light sleepers!

It was a clean room , easy to get to nice stay . Mostly clean . Shower took some getting used to and got stuck. Small rooms but that’s to be expected , didn’t use the facilities but there in another hotel . Could do with a better fan but a good stay regardless would come again

Great stay

Great stay at Beach house. Booked as we were going to the outdoor theatre for a concert. The room was very clean and had all the facilities we needed. Beautiful view of the bay and short walk to the beach. A restful nights sleep as it was so quiet. Will definitely book again.

Perfect location

Beautiful charismatic accommodation in a perfect location with stunning views of Scarborough.
Ideal for long scenic walks or for just sitting outside the hotel admiring the views on one of the many benches available overlooking the sea.
Rooms have everything you need, kitchen’s area with microwave, hanging space for clothes, fridge/freezer and a large shower.
Plenty of parking on the side streets.
Highly recommend.
