Excellent bed and breakfast, full of character

We stayed for one night during carnival, and were made to feel very welcome by our hosts. A beautiful old house, complimented by the quirky little cottage in the garden where we stayed, which was full of character and so comfortable. Fantastic breakfast cooked in the old kitchen by our hosts, which made our stay very special. Thank you, we will happily return.

Beautiful B&B with fantastic welcoming hosts. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection. Room was spotless and very spacious, the outdoor gardens were an added bonus to sit out in with a glass of wine

Excellent place to stay.

We stayed at Longbridge house for a few days and travelled to the many places of interest nearby.
Our room was comfortable and spacious and we appreciated the fridge and daily fresh milk and water.
The breakfasts were top class, served in the kitchen diner, where we could chat to Tanya and Robert, our friendly hosts.
We also loved the pretty garden and were honoured to meet the family cats!
We thoroughly recommend this historic house!

Wonderful cottage and warm welcome

Liked/ Loved - Waking up in Longbridge House felt like a dream. As a couple discovering Somerset for the first time, we couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome than the one we received from Tanya and Robert. Their kindness set the tone for our stay in this enchanting historical cottage.
In the morning, we were treated to a full English breakfast (we asked for "small" because we were going to full day bbq masterclass!) in a farmhouse kitchen straight out of a storybook.
The cottage itself is a treasure trove of vintage furniture and eclectic decor, every detail telling its own story. We loved our own room, discovering quirky antiques and cozy corners that made us feel instantly at home.
Disliked · It was a bit tricky to find a parking spot the first time, since there is no parking space besides the street curb. The toiletries were limited to a shower gel, serving as well as shampoo and hair conditioner, some generic bath soap, and a bottle of handsoap.

Superb

Wonderful couple of days. Hit the jackpot choosing Longbridge House. Tanya and Rob are very friendly and welcoming. Stayed in Bishop room, so beautiful, large and extremely comfy. Wonderfully decorated in a historic house. Breakfast was very tasty in large kitchen/breakfast room. Easy free parking. Would not hesitate to go again. Would highly recommend. Thank you Tanya and Rob
