An attractive pub with everything you need for a great stay.

Traditional pub outside but bright and modern inside. The pub has been tastefully renovated and the bedrooms, some of which face the sea, are bright and light. Spotlessly clean with modern bathroom and a walk in shower (the Oval room). The ground floor is spacious with a large restaurant area but preservation of seating for those who want to drink and talk. The staff are outstandingly helpful and cheerful. The food is fantastic and centres around a variety of locally sourced fish. Two or three local beers which are well kept.There is some meat on the menu but it s the seafood which is so spectacular and changes daily. It is really difficult to find anything which could be done better. Perhaps the clue is that the pub is owned and was renovated locally and this shows. A great place to go. Not too late to book as autumn often is mild here.
