Fantastic breakfast and a lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at Apple Tree Place B&B. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Lesley was very welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic — freshly cooked, delicious and with a great choice of options.

Friendly host and large bedrooms

Lesley was a fantastic host. Her communication was excellent, answering any concerns we had, giving local advice and being flexible with timings. The accommodation was very nice. All 3 rooms were a good size, had everything you need and the ensuites had great showers. Room 2 was extra large, with a sofa in, so the family used that as a base when discussing what we would do that day. The breakfast was freshly cooked and lots of options. The restaurant she recommended turned out to be very good. If we are visiting Basingstoke again we would definitely stay here.

Home from home

Just had a lovely weekend at Apple Tree Place B&B, huge thanks to Lesley for her hospitality. Communication was excellent from booking to staying. Rooms are beautiful, clean and lots of little extras. Good choice of Breakfast and the full English was delicious. Hope to see you again soon.
