Excellent stay, with good food and drink in pub. No breakfast but plenty of good options fairly nearby

Food lovely but such a long wait for the food and drinks staff don’t seem happy

Food was lovely but service extremely slow . We sat inside but they seemed to prioritise the people eating outside . We had to call them over to order and was told someone will be with you soon - umm that didn’t happen . The staff are young and never smile . We had to call them over 4 times each time they said they’d get someone over it was frustrating however the food was lovely so can’t complain. Maybe they were understaffed? The price of the meals were reasonable . The location was lovely .

Baby Shower Venue - Highly Recommend!

We recently held my baby shower at The Half Moon Inn, Jackfield, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough!
From start to finish, the staff were so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made sure everything ran smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy the day.
We had exclusive use of the beautiful conservatory, with plenty of time beforehand to decorate and get everything set up exactly how we wanted.
The food was absolutely lovely, served promptly, and there was a fantastic choice of options for everyone.
A huge thank you to everyone at The Half Moon Inn for helping make such a memorable day. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue, and we’ll definitely be back!

Poor service

The location is amazing but the system to order food is poor. We were given a number for the table as you are not allowed to order food until you are asked. Told be 30 to 40 minutes before we could order over an hour later still not ordered food so went elsewhere. Staff standing round chatting so not sure why such a bad service

Picturesque location. Bar and restaurant were very busy but staff were very efficient. Noisy when we went to bed but to be expected given the packed bar.
