10/10 holiday
We have just had two amazing weeks at Kiln Park. We stayed in the Pressli area which I requested. It is quite area just behind the main complex. Has usual the park was very clean. The caravan was nice and clean upon arrival. The entertainment was the same has previous years but this did not spoil it t though it could do with changing. The entertainment staff especially Niamh, Dec, Alex and the main man James went above and beyond to make my daughters holiday. They even helped out going around with Niamh on some games getting answers for questions and announcing them over the microphone to the point they were getting called staff of the entertainment team. They certainly work hard and do there best to make people's holiday. The only thing I was unhappy about was that the bingo is linked and not in house but that is my personal choice. Overall we absolutely loved our time at Kiln Park. Also thank you to the security team who were always polite and friendly.

Disappointed
Booked a bronze caravan and from the moment we entered i knew it was going to be terrible experience, we were placed in the flat rock area which is right out of the way so avoid this area.
Caravan looked as if it hadn't been clean at all..dirty cooker,linen,curtains,windows,settee,
Units, dirty toilet brush
Toilet was leaking water over floor and it took 4 visits to finally fixed it,
Cleaners took 2 visits to clean everything,she even offered to put our curtains back up wet as she wouldn't have time to wash and dry them!!
Spiders were also a issue to which the cleaners even hoovered them all up.
Its our final day here and windows outside still haven't been cleaned.
Terrible experience and definitely would not be returning

Excellent value for money in budget caravan
Four adults stayed in a 3 bed saver caravan for a girls holiday and pre wedding celebrations. The lounge/kitchen/dining space was very generous and well equipped. I paid an extra £25 for another toilet which was worth it. The kitchen and bathroom all worked fine. The bathroom was a generous size for a caravan. I thought this caravan was excellent value for money (£499 for 5 days during mid August), we were a very short walk from the beach - even in peak season in August the beach was not cramped because it is huge and spacious. There is a co op on site which was well equipped with food and beach toys. We didn’t pay for access to any facilities do can’t comment on them. It is an easy walk into Tenby centre on the beach or on the foot path. The only drawbacks for me were that, yes the caravan is saver, but the curtains in the living room were hanging off when we arrived, there was a broken bench outside, and the two single bed rooms are tiny (and I am well used to caravan holidays). I would return!

Avoid Harbour Lights
We stayed for a week in August. The Caravan was in a lovely cul-de-sac (Osprey) with a parking space at the side. We had to redo most of the bedding as the bottom sheets had been put on sideways, so half the mattress was showing, also 2 of the quilts were only put halfway in the covers.
We had 2 toilets but only 1 toilet roll which had about 10 sheets left - so we had to buy more that day. Also because the door is sealed we didn't realise until the evening that we didn't have a key for the door, just for the patio. We had to get it swapped at reception the next day but then noticed that the door was faulty as it didn't fit the frame properly (that's most probably why the other key was left BUT it would of been nice to be told).
The Entertainment was OK but not great, singing was poor (apart from James). Also there was a drunken Man 1 night who was very loud, trying to hug people & dropped a whole tray of drinks in front of us. We saw Security were watching but never said anything to him & a few tables were getting uncomfortable - we left soon after, as did another family.
We had lunch at the Harbour Lights later in the week but 1 of the meals was incorrect, so we in formed a member of staff 'politely'. It was changed quickly, HOWEVER, A member of staff thought it was appropriate to place some of the gherkin into a 'rude' symbol, which to us felt like a 'stuff you'. We called over a member of staff who was very dismissive & said it wasn't anything rude - clearly it was & because of this lady's 'stinky' attitude we asked to speak to the Manager. Unfortunately, this Lady was the Manager & we asked was this appropriate to be served & she said 'yes' & couldn't see the issue ??????. We are a family of 4, youngest is 14. Photo below
We decided to go to reception to put in a complaint regarding the Manager & she did apologise but didn't seem to understand the complaint procedure. She said it was best to speak to Ian (main manager) & we asked if he was available - 'he's about somewhere!', oh, okay so we need to find him? - 'yes'. She didn't advise where we could find him or what he looked like? To be honest we are not going to walk around trying to find the invisible man. So, a complaint to head office is on its way. A simple issue could of been resolved by a simple 'sorry' but instead we had a manager who was condescending & has escalated the issue.
It seems to have gone downhill since we last went 3 years ago. Shame, as it's in a lovely position for Tenby & could be great

Absolutely an amazing place to camp the location is perfect for a short walk to the beach and a walk into Tenby Town which has lots of culture and amazing sites to see the best part with camping has to be Debbie the cleaner 10/10 always smileing always playing wicked music which is an uplift in the morning she is an asset to kiln park she even came to dinner with us to celebrate our daughters birthday who thinks the world of Debbie
