Brambles is a privately owned and run B&B with 4 letting rooms. I had the room upstairs in the main cottage building. It had a superb view overlooking the garden and the countryside beyond. Be aware the stairs are quite steep.
There are also 3 ground floor rooms.
Alison and David provided useful travel information beforehand. They were helpful on arrival and everything was clear.
Breakfast was generous and excellent, as was the hospitality tray in the room.
The room and ensuite were satisfactorily serviced each day.
I spent 7 nights and was fully satisfied.

Absolutely lovely B&B. Hosts were super friendly on arrival. Love the little touches like bin emptying and replenishment of drinks and biscuits daily. Shower was super powerful and complementary toiletries were gratefully received. Would highly recommended this lovely little B&B.

End of a week at a fantastic place. A little tucked away but easy to find with such helpful directions from Alison and David. Incredibly comfortable and cosy room, powerful hot shower, plentiful breakfast, and Alison and David are very welcoming hosts. Highly recommend.

A Real Find

Superb. We can't think of anything that was lacking at Brambles. From the lovely welcome from Alison, clean, tidy & warm room to the super breakfast everything was exactly as you'd want it. Excellent value for money and we will most definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing this lovely location.

We made a last minute booking at Brambles due to an unforeseen change of plan. Alison the landlady was very friendly and helpful and the garden room was spacious and comfortable, with a good shower and breakfast. We found it by accident but would definitely book again.
