Amazing place

This place was everything I hoped for! A beautiful safe space for myself my mum and children to have fun and relax! Dannie was lovely and so kind and helpful showing us the animals and making sure we had everything we needed! As a mum of a child with ASD holidays can be hard! But Dannie and her family have made this place a safe special place for everyone to enjoy! We will definitely be back soon!

Amazing time at Leafy fields.

We stayed at leafy fields the first weekend of August. Firstly let's talk accomodation we had both the badger (safari tent) and the shepherd hut, both were absolutely fantastic super clean and comfortable with everything you need to have a lovely stay. The showers in both are absolutely lovely with great water pressure. All the beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept well even our autistic little boy who usually hates the first night away from home, slept perfectly. Both sets of accommodation were decorated beautifully and were full of rustic charm. We were especially blown away with the safari tent which made you feel as though you were in a different world. Outside of our accommodation there were a lovely big pub style bench which we enjoyed playing board games at and a firepit which is perfect for toasting marshmallows. The whole site is designed really well, there's a little park/play area plenty of grass to run around and play outdoor games and best of all there are the animals from bunnies to sheep and goats, and even ponies. We even got to hold a baby goat which was awesome. The whole place is gated to help keep everyone safe which is essential with our little boy, and the sensory room was a massive hit with all of but especially him. Our favourite thing about leafy fields was our hosts Dannie and her family are absolutely lovely people who take a great amount of pride in the little slice of heaven they have built, it's honestly one of the best holidays we have had as a neurodivergent family and would definitely recommend it to anyone. We will be visiting again very soon.

Absolutely brilliant ❤️

Myself , my sister and her 3 children just had the amazing time at Leafy Fields Glamping. It was just awesome. This glamping site is just the best. Dear Dannie and Andrew think of everything. The children loved the animals, the sensory room and the mini farmers club. Situated in stunning Devon countryside with so much to do. So much freedom and safety , bringing a truly relaxed holiday. Absolutely brilliant, thank you so much ♥️

Just what we needed

I have twin neurodiverse sons one of which has learning difficulties too. I embarked on this trip with quiet hope it would go well and it surpassed my expectations. On waking after our first night my son said ‘I love it here.’ We stayed in Crivens the shepherds hut and everything was so cosy, well thought out and had everything we needed. Definitely cosy for 3 of us but we couldn’t have loved it more. The sunflower room was small but a massive hit for the boys. The boys felt safe, comfortable and very much at home. They played for hours outside insisting that I didn’t need to be with them which gave them the freedom they long for which is often hard to give. On our last morning the elder twin crawled into my bed and wept ‘happy tears’ and asked me to book again for summer. We will be back.

Fabulous Place for ASD Families to Relax and Be Themselves

We have just returned from 4 nights staying in Crivens, the cosy shepherds hut, and what a fantastic time we’ve had! My 2 ASD children loved the freedom of being able to run around and play on the lovely grassy areas, not being too close to other families. The animals were lovely, and the facilities were perfect.
The Tuesday SEN group was lots of fun, and my children loved the sensory room and outside play area. We felt very secure with the large locked gates entrance, and felt welcomed by the owners, their children and their very friendly cat! Lots to do nearby (Diggerland, Bear Town and Devon Railway centre were our faves!)
Would love to stay again in one of the other accommodations on site
