The Perfect Pub Experience

Absolutely fabulous here! Stayed nearby for the week on holiday and came in a few times for food and drinks. Extremely friendly team (in particular, the lady who works in the restaurant is so friendly). The place is dog friendly (our dog Dolly was made very welcome and she loved the treats). The food was absolutely amazing, great variety and well priced. we all loved the pub, well worth a visit… or two.

A lovely stay

We had a lovely time staying at the pub. The food was excellent, the room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. But the very best thing was the amazing warm welcome and fantastic service we received. Mark, Lydie and the team were so lovely (especially to Arnie our dog!) we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you and look forward to visiting again soon.

Excellent visit

Very warm and welcoming staff. Beautiful interior and the food was delicious. Ate there twice whilst staying locally. Sunday roast is a must!

Fabulous Sunday Roast

I have not long moved to the area and have been trying to find a pub that I feel at home at. The Bittescombe Inn did not disappoint and to add to this, my son and I had one of the best roasts we have experienced (we are both hard to please in the food department ). The staff were faultless, extremely welcoming and the atmosphere was just lovely. I’m looking forward to some more visits. Thank you to you all

Great service , lovely food and warm welcome.

Excellent place to eat , very welcoming and delicious food . Great choice of drinks and lovely warm atmosphere . We had a party of 6 and nothing was too much trouble , really enjoyed our first visit here and would return .
