Great one day pitstop

I was there last week. Great price and a well ran guesthouse for a quick pitstop on the NC 500. Safe parking for a motorcycle and can be seen from the room. The guesthouse is a self check in and their system really works! Coffee and kettle is a bonus which I wasn't expecting! Nice hot shower ensuite which was needed after a long ride. Although the room is tiny it delivers big for what you need. Walls are pretty thin so good earplugs are recommended! Very clean room and comfortable bed with local shops for a bit of breaky! Highly recommended for a quick pitstop. Thanks to Kerry and Peter!

Amazing!!!!

I travel across the UK for work and this place is the best i have stayed in. From instructions how to enter the property to the housekeeping everything is 5*. The bed though is next level, the comfiest bed ive ever slept in.

Perfect Guest House

Stayed in Room 5 for 1 night.
Arrived late about 7 ish after a long drive. The guesthouse has private parking for about 4 cars in marked bays. For breakfast, Impala has a pre-order form, but I was leaving early to catch the ferry to Orkney and would not have had time for breakfast. The owner offered to make a lunch bag instead which was really nice of her.
The room was smallish, but that’s fine for an overnight stay. The room had a chair, kettle and enough tea/coffee to last a couple of days. The mattress was thick, with a slightly soft firmness, but comfortable. The covers and pillows were thick and cosy.
Location wise, Impala is far out from the centre of Wick, so you’ll need a car if you’re planning to eat out.
Overall, I had a good stay and would stay again.

friendly host, spotlessly clean and good breakfast

We were greeted by the owner and shown to our room which was very clean and well decorated. There was sufficient parking and a taxi into Wick for dinner was not expensive. Breakfast was very good. We were close to Castle Sinclair Girnigoe ruins which is worth a visit.

Wonderful stay

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night whilst touring the NC500.Julie was a Lovley host.She made us so welcome in her home.Full of ideas for great places to visit in the area.Our Room was huge and extremely comfortable.Its about a mile to the town centre but a pleasant walk.Breakfast was exceptional.Would stay here without hesitation if in the area again.Our favourite stay on our holiday.
