Lovely and central. Nice property. Only issue was the noise when people walked around, the floor boards were quite loud as people walk around.

We thought it was really nice. An insanely good value. Best location and possibly best hotel in all of Windsor! Not sure what else to say. You walk out to the river bridge and castle and shop! Only possible negative is some street noise but it was only in the day even in weekend but you could hear a car stereo maybe here and there. My mom’s room I think it was 410 had a shower and bath and mine only had a shower 408, but both were large luxurious rooms easy to get to from the street thru a couple little entrances. I’d definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Windsor.
The location is fantastic—very central, just a 3-minute walk from the station and around 5 minutes from the castle. The hotel is beautifully situated by the river, and the views are absolutely fantastic.
Everything was very clean and well maintained. My room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and there was lovely natural light during the day. All the amenities were also in excellent condition. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
Breakfast was good, with a nice selection including a traditional English breakfast, fruit, cereals, bread and pastries. However, the highlight for me was the restaurant and terrace. The view from inside the restaurant overlooking the river was amazing. I also enjoyed a wonderful afternoon tea while looking out at the river, which was such a relaxing and memorable experience.
I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful views and the opportunity to simply sit and enjoy the surroundings. It was incredibly relaxing.
Thank you to the hotel and all the staff for the amazing hospitality. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and, if I ever visit Windsor again, I would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay Mid August 2026. We stayed 2 nights whilst visiting Family in Windsor. Great location for visiting Windsor Castle or Eton.

Great hotel,spotlessly clean ,nice room very comfortable, great breakfast and facilities, close to town and the castle ,would definitely recommend and stay again .
