Pleasant stay in rural Dorset

We stayed here 3 nights while touring the area. It's excellent in every way. Bill is a friendly and attentive host, pleasant conversationalist, and source of lots of useful local information. The entire property is clean and in good repair; no problems, and had there been any, I'm sure Bill would've attended to them at once. Comfortable room and bed, with goose down pillows--really pleasant. Breakfasts were delicious. All in a most peaceful and serene location; we heard nothing at night but silence. We'd gladly stay here again, and hope to do so.

Great b& b.

Lovely spot, great accommodation Breakfast was amazing and cooked fresh. Ordered me and choices night before, so food was served at the time that suited us. Nothing was a problem, rooms were comfortable, great heating, lovely views. Converted barn, would highly recommend
. Bill was very helpful and recommended places to visit and great pub to eat. Great few days away.

Go whilst you still have the opportunity!

What an absolute treat to stay at Hilltop Barn, it’s a delightful building with superb surroundings and the most fabulous breakfast that you could wish for, courtesy of Bill who is a most welcoming host.
We stayed in the Mango room which is spacious, beautifully furnished and very comfortable.
The village of Winterborne Zelston is beautiful and comes complete with a “Pooh Sticks”bridge, ducks, geese and swans.

A tranquil hideaway

Hilltop Barn is a gorgeous barn conversion, charming and full of character. Bill is the perfect host, so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was so comfortable and had a large en-suite. Breakfast was delicious. We had the most relaxing stay, the perfect escape from our everyday chaos, thank you!

Amazing B&B

Wow what a beautiful barn conversion b&b. Arrived and was met by Bill who made you feel welcomed straightaway. We had the olive room with en suite looking over the field and it was just lovely couldn’t fault it at all. The breakfast done by Bill was amazing and all locally sourced produce and Bill always had time to chat and tell you the best places to visit. Every morning at breakfast Bill always asked where we had been the previous day and what we were doing that day. The barn conversion is just a beautiful place and would highly recommend staying there. Will definitely be visiting again.
