Staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean. Coffee makers in the room and complimentary continental breakfast. Some rooms are better than others.

It’s a hidden gem , for cheap, 10mins from the broad walk. It’s our go to we love it cause away the chaos

Good points first: clean bed for under 150 and the ac worked.
Other than that, scary brown stuff coming out of the walls, pile of broken ac units and used needle lying outside. Cobwebs in every corner. Didn’t dare take a shower.

Upon arrival, we asked for a first floor as there was no elevator. The clerk said it would cost us an extra $10 as it had a jacuzzi tub, which we didn't need. Had no choice but to pay it.'
The breakfast was meager, at best. Coffee and juice was watered down. Very little variety and no meat. Another family was so disgusted, they went to a nearby restaurant.
Would not stay here again.

There was bugs and ants found in many different parts of the room. Ventilation sucks so the room smelled bad when we the doors were closed. Doors took some force to even close.
