Very impressive Hotel. The hotel and rooms were very clean. Staff very friendly. Hotel was very quiet.
The breakfast buffet was very good but customers had to pay. $18 per person. Was not included in the stay.
My only suggestion/ complaint was the bathtub was so slippery. May I suggest the property management consider putting anti-slip strips on the bottom of the tubs.
For safety purposes.
Other than that, what a lovely stay. We will definitely stay here if we are traveling in the area again

Good business hotel but pool not clean

Good business hotel but I can’t say it is up to usual Hilton standard. Hence the average ratings. Location is fine for those who come here for business visits. Big premise so look pretty grand. Spacious room and the best feature is their comfortable king size bed. However, some things to take note:
- strict on early check in, even for members. I arrived around noon and they wouldn’t allow me in unless I pay extra fees. The hotel doesn’t look occupied so why miss the opportunity to please a business customer. So I stayed at the open lounge to work for 2hours before getting in at 2pm.
- jacuzzi is nice but I was disgusted when I found out many clumps of hair floating in the pool while swimming. They should clean more often.
- breakfast was okay but everyday same old same old. Nice lady at the front with good service.
- onsite restaurant only opens for dinner. Limited option but Uber Eats is super convenient. Use that instead.
- Toilet is plain looking. Sink area was better.
- USB at bedside area not working.
Overall okay but can be better.

Amy makes the best Lemon Drop! Great experience at the Doubletree….we’ve been coming to this hotel for over 35 years -
Before it was a Hilton property. Well done!

Very clean, friendly staff, very quiet. Hot tub and pool were clean and relaxing. Cookies are a wonderful bonus!
