Clean and nice. The only thing that was upsetting is I paid for a king bed and got a double queen when I booked at least four months in advance. Also I called the property twice to ask if they would be having a shuttle to and from the AT&T stadium for a concert and both times they said yes when we got to the property and I asked again upon check-in they advise it was not able to take us to the concert only to the Rangers game. Wish there could’ve been more clarification other than that the day was OK

There was hair left in the tub and they had no hot water. Myself and multiple others left due to uncleanliness and no hot water.

Chose this hotel for easy access to Stadium and entertainment district. Traffic will be terrible from any direction, but this location made it as best as it could! The lobby was clean, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Parking lot has room for improvement, $16 breakfast is not necessary, nor is charging for coffee in the rooms. Shower pressure could have been better but was adequate, but shower did not drain, so only one person can shower without waiting 30 minutes for the next one. Fire alarm went off at 6:30 AM, with no communication from staff about when we could go back in, so people finally chose to do so themselves. Staff was helpful otherwise. Gas station across the street closes at night so don’t plan on going there for snacks.

The hotel room and facilities were just fine for our stay. The issue is that the fire alarm went off for at least fifteen minutes at 630 AM. The hotel was evacuated and when we were allowed to return to our room the alarm went off twice more, making restful sleep impossible. When I asked the staff about what had happened at checkout they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about.

The room was clean and comfortable, but there was a noticeable musty odor. The pool area could also benefit from better maintenance and more regular cleaning.
That said, the staff was outstanding. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is also located in a great area, and close to the stadiums and Texas live.
Overall, while some updates and maintenance would greatly enhance the experience, the excellent staff and convenient location helped make our stay a pleasant one.
