One Night Stay

Facility overall is clean and quiet but our unit still had kitchen trash from previous guests and I had to wipe down my night stand as it had a sticky ring from a drink on it. We had to wait on someone to check us in and there was no one to check us out the next day. Seem to definitely be short staffed.

The bed was absolutely uncomfortable, very hard. I opted to purchase an air mattress after my first night.Two TV's, the one in the LR worked, but the processor for the internet provider apparently did not. The sink in the bathroom was very slow draining as well. This property also has no one there after 8pm, so people hang out in the common area, and in the halls, and are loud. Very nicely appointed property however, rooms offer great amenities.

Great front desk service. Property is well kept and clean. It’s bare bones but clean and great location. Very convenient to campus.

Location great to UA. Lots of restaurants. Room spacious. Kitchen didn’t have any paper or cloth but was nice. Staff helpful. Little perturbed that Fox News seemed to be “blacked out” on cable. It was listed on the guide, but station would not load. ALL the other news channels loaded fine so it looked like an intentional decision. We heard another guest complaining at desk about this so evidently it was this way in every room. We can certainly survive not watching FNC, but the fact someone decided that for us is insulting. So much so that it makes me not want to use this hotel or any in its chain again.

Rooms were surprisingly large, and also clean and in new condition. Great value for the price.
