Staff were amazing! Very helpful and friendly. However my sheets were stained brown along with a towel. Got them replaced but not the best. Blood on the floor stained by restroom and fridge..

Room smelled like feet . Roaches in the shower. Pool was dirty . You had to pay extra for breakfest . My wife got spoiled milk then spoiled apple juice . All they sad was we are sorry

This hotel did not serve my family well. Staying with someone with Covid would have been easier over this hotel. They upcharged for my pet even though it stated pet friendly online with no disclosed fee. Upcharged for parking even though the parking lot was completely empty. Upcharged for barely a continental breakfast with no hot food. The pool was filthy with debris and insects. No microwave, ketchup-sized packets for shampoo and the full sized containers in the shower were empty or missing. The lights flickered in the room and the switches for some were faulty. Worst of all it’s roach infested. I even had roaches crawl on me in the bed.

There were hairs stuck to the bathroom walls—long and short hairs. The area behind the bathroom door was dirty, and there was mold inside the refrigerator.

Will never stay here again!!
Checked in for the weekend and quickly regretted it! Won't ever come back!
1. ROACHES scattered in the bathroom. We had to switch rooms. Saw like one roach in the new room.
2. ROOM was NOT CLEANED after we left and came back. We didn't get any new towels. Bed was not made.
3.They CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING. Charged for daily parking, daily breakfast, we had to go to the desk for more towels and give up the old ones we used. If we didn't we'd be charged. She openly pointed to a lip gloss spot and asked if it was BLOOD and that she'd have to charge for that. Said there's a 50 dollar upfront deposit being charged and that i'd get it back later.
4. First room smelled wet, warm, and moist. Room was very HUMID upon entry. Took hrs to cool down.
5. Hotel was very OUT OF DATE and RAN DOWN. The body wash pumps in the bathroom were broken and wasnt able to be used. Toilet was cracked. Very static-y cable, Wet humid mildewy smell in rooms + roaches. Elevator felt like it was going to break any second.
6. The girl that checked me in was inhospitable and Impassive.
