Great location.. Convenient snack bar. Great and friendly staff and very pet friendly. Small bathroom.

Cheap for the location, and convenient to walk into town. Definitely lacking in frills (aka no central air, no smart tv), and some repairs were needed. One leg of the bed was broken off and being held up by a rock. One of the windows did not stay open. The keys would become demagnetized. But helpful staff and good coffee in the lobby. A decent no-frills option for the price.

Okay for a short stay

The motel is located at the entrance to Bar Harbor, although it is a bit of a walk to the town center. Rooms are quite dated and basic, but fine for a simple overnight stay.
Breakfast in the lobby area was basic but okay. It did get quite crowded as there is not really enough space for the number of guests.

Great location, but…..

The location was good—it’s a 10+ minute walk into town. I wish I could rate the room higher. The room was incredibly humid for my entire stay. The AC was on “dry” the entire stay, but it did nothing. My clothes stayed wet, the bedsheets and towels were wet and even the paper in the room was damp. It was clear that this has been an issue in this room for a while as you could see that the mold had been painted over. Also, multiple lightbulbs were out in the room and the tv remote was partly broken.
