The king size room was very spacious, color palate is perfect Buffet decor. This hotel is huge with over 6 buildings to make your way through to get to the Fins Up water park and the outdoor pool space. It became easier to cut through the outdoor courtyard to get to the amenities on the other side
. I missed the hotel fragrance that you can smell in the other Margaritaville locations. Not sure why this one doesn’t have a hotel fragrance. This hotel has some nice ‘free’ extras like supplying marshmallows, graham
Crackers, and Hershey’s chocolate bars for making s’mores every evening on the outdoor fire pits. A few family games in the courtyard and hammocks, Great place. Our third Margaritaville stay overall. Fins Up is not complimentary, so it gets pricey!

Well, overall, a lovely experience. Our first night with room facing Waterpark was not my favorite part. Just wasnt the best for us that need fresh air coming in so the next night we were moved to courtyard view with patio to sit out and enjoy the beautiful evening. Loved the area for the lawn games, music etc. Enjoyed the outdoor pool. My grandson had a fun time in the outdoor pool and the wave pools. Not as much fun in the lazy river because the tubes are adult size. My 6 or old grandson was just under the height for the waterside so basically this was a wash so to speak. I felt Waterpark was overpriced for what we could enjoy. That should be explained, but otherwise a very enjoyable stay and great staff!!

The hotel was extremely hot and humid. No AC's in the hallways around the water park and no elevators in that section of the hotel either. The overall look of the hotel was nicely done but you can tell the remodel of an old hotel focused on the aesthetics only and not the functionality of outdated HVAC systems. Since the lobby had AC and the other sections did not, the mixed temperatures created condensation to leak all over the floor and guests. The outdoor pool was on the smaller side, but my kids did enjoy it. However, we found it was not cleaned frequently which made us not want to keep returning. The hotel staff were friendly, our room AC did work and the rooms were clean. Overall, the hotel looks great in pictures but there are much better places to stay in the Cape, especially for the price.

The property is a waterpark. The only reason anybody would go there would be to use the waterpark.
Your book a stay which costs a fortune but yet when you walk down to use the waterpark they charge you per day.
My father who was on his 90th birthday drove down to watch my son use a waterslide and they charged him $$$ to sit in a chair for 40 minutes and watch him go down the slide. It's absolutely disgusting.
If you're gonna book a room and spend $$$$ a night you should be allowed to use the waterpark for free.
That's what Great Wolf Lodge does and every other waterpark that you go to in North America.
Just disgusting, I understand charging for a day pass, but if you're staying at the hotel, it should be free.
Another sidenote, we stayed there over Memorial Day weekend, which is one of the busiest weekends on Cape Cod other than Labor Day and Fourth of July.
There's a poolside bar that was closed on Memorial Day because it's a Monday because the poolside bar is usually closed Mondays? Ridiculous. All it takes is one person to run it. I'm assuming it's gonna be closed on Fourth of July or Labor Day if that falls on a Monday?
One last sad note, we saw this entire family working the way to the top, small kids all excited took forever but at 7:59, they reached the top, 8 o'clock they blew the whistle and would not let them go down the slide. They came down the stairs, crying hysterically. Common sense, let them go one last time instead of traumatizing them. Sad

Overall we had an amazing experience! Rachel, our waitress at Landshark restaurant was our first impression of the resort since we arrived early and had lunch to kill some time. Let me just say, she was beyond perfection! That girl's customer service abilities were top knotch! She is meant for management! A manager came to our table as well and even checked on our reservation for us at the front desk while we ate; in hopes we could check in early! We were very impressed with her doing that for us! When we went to check in, there was a man working the front desk (young, blonde gentleman) who seemed to be annoyed when his manager (a delightful woman with long black hair) or anyone for that matter that talked to him. He was young so you don’t expect perfection, but again…Rachel in the restaurant was also young and she absolutely crushed her customer service skills! He just wasn’t personable. Some people are just not meant for hospitality jobs l guess, but hopefully this was just an off day….we all have those! My only other complaint was the lifeguards…I get that it is probably not fun (or well paid) to sit by a loud pool all day, but I’d say 4 out of 6 of the lifeguards we saw looked MISERABLE the whole time we were there;just MEAN MUGGIN! The cleaning staff however were so friendly and pleasant-not only did they say hello but they would thank us for visiting…and they weren’t even taking care of OUR rooms. We truly enjoyed our stay, and we would recommend this hotel to friends.
