Great staff and waterpark!

Great place for families! Very clean hotel with a great waterpark. You can tell the staff takes pride in the place, it is very well organized and everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind, from the front desk staff to the housekeepers. Our entire family loved the waterpark, from little kiddos to our 20 year old. Tyler at the front desk was especially helpful during our stay. Highly recommend!

Check in was not as expected. I arrived 30 min earlier and the staff didn’t help to make it easier. After waiting in the front desk with all luggage and family, I had to question again for room to get it - I don’t know for how long it was available.
The pool is great and kids had a lot of fun. It was clean and in great conditions, including towels and floats.
Room was fine and clean. Beds were great.
Breakfast was disappointing with few options of healthy or fresh food. Coffee was very bad, I had to use Caribbou.

The worst place I've been

The internet is garbage, it doesn't work, the televisions are super small and the fan in the bathroom didn't even work!

Breakfast was disappointing, not many options and when we arrived 30 minutes before it was scheduled to end there was very little left and what was out was messy.
Room was nice, but bathroom is pretty small. Waterpark is great for younger kids, but they ran out of towels each day we visited.
Proximity to local shops and restaurants was great

10/10 Family Waterpark Stay

10/10 experience with my family. Has the cleanest best upkept waterpark I've ever seen. The flooring is a rubberlike material, so it wasn't slippery and safe for young kiddos. The entire staff was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. Special shout out to waterpark staff. They were very friendly but still kept a great eye on safety of kids. Rooms were also very clean. Also was not very busy in the waterpark so that was a great perk. We will be back.
