Room was nice and clean (need to fix the doors though). Good location with plenty of dining options. Staff were very friendly. Note that breakfast is available at their restaurant but not included. Would stay there again if we’re in the area.

Halfway stopping point

We needed a break from the storm on our way back from Pittsburgh.
Hotel has the smell of old grease or something as soon as you walk in.
Definitely an older hotel that they have tried to refresh but it could use a little more love.
Food options are literally in the parking lot. We opted for fast food vs the restaurant based on the weird smell. Not rancid or spoiled but a burn your eyes grease smell.
Staff at check in seemed stressed but check out went great. Overall it is fine for 1 night. The gym is updated and huge.
** the laundry system is a pain. You have to download an app. The machines work via the app. My husband's patience is wayyyy better than mine.

Surprisingly Good

Usually an Autograph Collection loyalist, so I wasn’t expecting much from a Courtyard—but this one surprised me. Fresh remodel, stylish rooms, and bathrooms that don’t feel like an afterthought.
Great location too: walkable to Outback and McDonald’s, because sometimes you need a steak… and sometimes you need diet Coke. A solid Courtyard win.

Good enough.Room was clean but towel rack and the conditioner were broken. Quiet though and comfortable bed.

Worst hotel out of 100

This is the worst. Absolute disgusting. Staff is not that nice. Person at bistro had straight up attitude. Found mold in shower. Stayed right after remodel and still sucked. But location is amazing. Near ace adventure resort and new river gorge. Cannot replace keycard side entry
