It exceeded expectations. It was very clean and comfortable. It is an older building...but it its well maintained. Because its an extended stay...their is no turn over service and if u need more shampoo or soap ypu have to provide your own (thats normal with extended stays though). The staff was friendly and the room was spic and span. They even have a little walk up window where they sell necessities that people may have forgot to bring. They have a drink machine and snack machine. I really have no complaints. Their parking lot is kinda tight though. But its manageable. The location is good too really close to taco bell and outback!

The check in was great. After we found the place.
The floors were very dirty. They look as though they had never cleaned. My white socks were brown only after a few hours.
There was no maid service. Even leaving the request for maid service.
The place was hard to find.
There was very little hot water. Not enough to take a shower, for one person much less two people.
No clean towels.
They had homeless people hanging around.

Parking was good, a few restaurants close enough to walk to. Room was clean-ish (some stones on the rug). King bed was much too soft (saggy) for our liking but we only stayed 1 night.

Not too bad of a place to stay, just didn't like that the water gets Luke warm at best

If you're looking for somewhere to sleep for the night and aren't too picky this is actually a five-star just on basics it was clean it was safe it was comfortable but if you're picky you need to go to one of the more high-end hotels but the price is right so you get what you pay for and I feel that I got a great deal for what I paid all I needed to do was sleep parking was good it was safe everything that you need is within 5 minutes drive or walking distance so this is like my probably ninth stay here the other places are cool too but this was always the best price well cheapest price
