Best stay anywhere in the area
The staff was incredible! The nicest place to stay in the area! Bistro was awesome and staff went out of their way to make the stay absolutely wonderful!

My sheets mainly second set of pillows to the left didn't seem very clean. I requested a new set. House keeping was prompt in bringing them up. I requested cleaning solution to clean the toilet seat which was sticky and streaked. I was condescending asked if I wanted the jouse keeper to do it by house keeping but I insisted on doing it myself since it hadn't been done right the first time.

Nice-looking property, but my stay was disappointing. Guests were loud in the hallways all night, and I could hear everything from the room next door, which made sleep almost impossible. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed, “The water didn’t drain properly, and the bed wasn’t comfortable. Even the phone in my room didn’t work, so I couldn’t call the front desk to report any of this, and by then, I was already settled in for the night.” “When I did interact with staff, it felt dismissive rather than helpful.” “Overall, this was one of my worst hotel experiences.

Nice room/hotel, but not my cup of tea
Stayed August 20-22. The hotel and most staff are nice, but the hotel wasn't to my personal liking.
1) Room Cleaning - I left my room at 8:30 am expecting when I came back in the evening my room would be cleaned. I was surprised when I opened the door that my towels were still on the floor and that my bed wasn't made. When I asked about it, I was told they clean rooms every other day. This is something I wish was told earlier or they provided a notice in the rooms, hotel lobby, and/or elevator.
2) Checkout - Hotel checkout is at noon. I was surprised that I got a knock on my door at 9:30 am from housekeeping that it was time to check out. I politely told them that I was aware, but check out wasn't until noon.
I wouldn't tell anyone not to stay here, but if you have similar views/tastes like mine, I would suggest going somewhere else.

The hotel was undergoing renovations (not previously mentioned), and the roof over the lobby was leaking, and the floors were wet and slippery because it rained Saturday and Sunday. The person doing the check-in made me wait while she had a whole conversation with a gentleman and then gave another man the keys to go get himself two beers from somewhere, and they had a conversation as well. So, no, the check-in was not good. No apology, no sorry for keeping you waiting.
The little breakfast food was too pricey, and the pool and gym were too small. The one good thing was that the room was clean.
