The lady at the desk at check-in was so personal and friendly! The restaurant was good, but while it opened at 4:00, there was no chef until 5:00 so the menu for an early dinner was limited.,

We only stayed for one night.
Was given our room that hadn’t been cleaned. Duty manager was far from helpful however an assistant (Lesley) was brilliant and got us sorted. The pool deck was filthy, clearly hasn’t been cleaned for days.

Everything was done exceptionally well from the moment we stepped in the door. Hotel staff was friendly. Check in was super easy. The staff at the Blazer grill were VERY welcoming and friendly as well, especially Dino. And the food was absolutely delicious. 10/10 definitely would recommend!

The staff was amazing from the check in through check out.Erica in the lower lobby was great this morning. She made sure my breakfast great. She check on me during my time in the lower lobby. Thanks for your great staff. Mrs Sonya shaw.
