Clean the rooms PLEASE

Water in the shower would not drain. Had large bugs in the bathroom, and the amount of dust on the vent in the bathroom was so nasty

Very Disappointed

Had to wait 1 1/2 hours for my room. Front desk clerk failed to schedule early morning shuttle to airport for early flight. Noise was very loud till 11 pm.

We had no towels in our room, but the front desk was quick to bring them. The thermostat wouldn’t adjust in the room, thankfully it was cool enough to sleep. Breakfast was a disappointment, no waffle mix, not much variety in muffins or pastries. Didn’t bother with the hot dishes because the coffee was empty when we went down. Bed was comfy and clean.

We had two rooms. In one the air conditioner didn't work and they said they could do anything about it. I'm the other there was hair still on the bathroom floor and I'm the shower from the previous visitor.

There was visible dust on clock and headboards. Remote was broken, tub handle and spout were disconnected from wall. I began to suspect the room hadn't been serviced before me. I would have switched rooms but I was exhausted.
