The pool is outside so was not a good time to enjoy it since the weather was cold. The room was clean I do think some deep cleaning needs done saw some spider webs and little bugs in the elevator light covering. The shower needs to be re-caulked. The staff were very nice. I did have a drink I wanted to bring into the restaurant and was not able due to they didn’t sell that kind never ran into that before. Very nice room it was very peaceful and enjoyable. Breakfast, lunch and dinner you can have at the restaurant that’s in the hotel it does cost.

The Hotels.com details are not accurate…. Breakfast was NOT included as the listing stated.
Otherwise, the lodging was nice, not fancy but great location on the river.

Overall great location on the River. Property is showing wear and needs maintenance. Lights were out on the walkway, around the pool, the jacuzzi spa bubbles didn’t work and temp was low. Windows dirty as was the outside of the buildings. If you need to stay in Boardman this is the best hotel. Overall it was ok

There were two things about our stay that I thought were wrong. First, the hotel property is not very secure, one of the exterior doors that should be accessible by key card only didn’t work so really anybody can enter the hotel at any time. Second, restaurant inside the hotel is not very accommodating to guests that want to eat from their room. They wouldn’t let me take dishwasher back to our hotel room, and they charged for disposable utensils. Other than that, I thought hotel was nice, comfortable, and a great setting.

Terrible experience. Restaurant was filthy. Food was awful. Servers had attitudes. Rooms very noisy. You can hear light switches being turned on. Terrible noise from guest above our room. Pounding, yelling and no one at desk to handle when I called. Advised employee at checkout. She could only keep saying sorry, looked like a deer in the headlights.
