Great for family getaway

Super location and very comfy rooms. We had an adjoining room and the noise level from Guests in adjoining room was super loud. The room itself was good and beds were comfy. The refillable water bottles were a great touch.

The best

Top 2 hotels for me in the city of Boston and it's not 2. From John, Chris, Nick, Calvin, Bianca, Yohanes, Eddie, Kabir, and Steve at the door, to Bimal, Kamal, and Yvonne in housekeeping every single one of them made my stay truly exceptional.
The level of service and hospitality I received throughout my stay was nothing short of amazing. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, valued, and truly at home. The team at the door was incredibly warm and attentive, while the Housekeeping team treated me like family and made sure everything was perfect.
This hotel is more than just a place to stay it feels like home. I’m incredibly grateful to the entire team for making my experience so special. This hotel will always be home to me.

Great hotel. Staff is always so helpful and friendly. Got upgraded to a suite, room was immaculate. Will definitely stay again at our next Red Sox Game
