Great Stay, Walkable Location & Excellent Service (Minor Room Issues)

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Boulderado. I had a great view, and all my requests were met with excellent customer service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout my visit.
The location is a big plus—it’s within easy walking distance to shops and plenty of great food options, which made getting around very convenient. The hotel also has a charming, historic atmosphere that adds to the overall experience.
The valet team was especially impressive—always quick and courteous whenever I needed my vehicle or returned, and they also assisted with my luggage, which I really appreciated.
There were a couple of minor issues with the room. One of the outlets wasn’t working, and the balcony sliding door didn’t have a screen, which made it difficult to enjoy fresh air without bugs coming into the room.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The electricity was off when we got there and they closed the elevator, so we had to take our luggage up three flights of stairs ourselves. The room didn't have working phones because the electricity was off. The water cooler by the icemaker on the floor hadn't been refilled. there was no cabinet space in the bathroom where you could put your makeup. or toothbrush, and grooming things much less the supplements we had to take. No cabinetry at all. The towels were very nice, however
I like the older history of buildings and hotels like Hotel Boulderado, but this was a disappointment to say the least. !

Hotel Boulderado was absolutely incredible. All of the rooms my family stayed in were beautiful and clean. The staff at the front desk and bars were friendly and very helpful. I felt very well taken care of and appreciated during my stay and so did my parents.

Fantastic location close to Pearl Street. Hotel and valet parking seemed pricey given the size and age of the rooms. License 1 speakeasy below the hotel is a great place to meet and enjoy cocktails and music. Staff was friendly and great!
