LOUD. So so loud. Our air conditioner made this incredible noise like it was full of mice any time it turned on. People were running up and down the hallways screaming. Our door was loudly knocked on several times for no reason.
The front desk staff was incredibly unfriendly, first allowing some other jerk to cut in front of me while loudly acknowledging he was doing so. Then didn't tell us any information - nothing about WiFi, parking, breakfast etc. Was visibly annoyed when I asked.
This is way too expensive for what's at best a 2 star experience. The Wifi was poor, breakfast wasn't included. It's not at all worth what you pay. The only redeeming factor was the waitstaff in the restaurant was kind.

I paid extra for 2 bathrobes and extra for breakfast included and we just got the one bathrobe and were told we didn't get breakfast.

The hotel and staff were very nice. One complaint is the beds were incredibly hard. I always heard Hilton Hotels had amazingly comfortable mattresses, but these beds were hard as a rock. I spent 2 nights there and my back is killing me, and I barely slept.

Good option if you find yourself in Bristol!

Stayed here again over Memorial Day weekend. Clean, has parking and close to my family. Pool looked like it had algae and when I asked the front desk staff I was told levels were good, but the pool was visibly green. Sure enough the next day, it was shutdown. Hot tub felt nice and warm. They have an overpriced restaurant with a breakfast Buffett on site (basically continental breakfast that is free in other hotels costs $18 for adults and $7 for kids). Not bad for a day but wouldn’t recommend to eat there throughout your stay. It was mediocre in taste and honestly not worth the price- I understand charging but the options offered weren’t good. Rooms were clean and overall staff was good.
