Pet friendly, great hotel

Fantastic, dog friendly hotel. Room was very clean. Restroom and shower was fantastic. Room came with a record player and you could browse records in the lobby to play. AC worked great and they provided complimentary water. Rooftop bar was nice, it does close a little early, but it appears that the Bristol downtown area isn’t as busy late at night like other cities. There is also a very good restaurant on site. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Staff and Stay

The hotel was fantastic, it had great rooms and comfortable beds. Overall the feel was very unique and it’s in a great location with fantastic BBQ next door. The customer service from James and their staff was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Tennessee with musical decor. My favorite part was the record player in each room with records in the lobby to take up to your room. Delicious restaurant on site.

Friendly staff, beautiful clean room and very comfortable bed. The hotel is on State street and in a nice location for local shopping. A very good restaurant and bar located as part of the hotel complex. A nice gift shop and coffee offered in the morning.

It could have been much better

When making our reservation I explained my pet allergy and she told me we would be put on the top floor of hotel where there are less pets but we were put in a different building on the 2nd floor looking into the parking lot. For that reason we had to leave our shades closed. We were kept awake from the roof top bar music and noise. The hotel phone did not work and neither did the plugins to charge our cell phones work. There was dirt behind the bathroom door and carpet was not cleaned. The shower has no door on it so water splashes all over the bathroom floor. The room curtain would not close all the way so we had the morning sun shinning right in on our heads first thing in the morning. The hotel itself is very cool and unique but for all the other reasons listed we will not be back.

Thank you for the review. I apologize for the confusion regarding your room. When you called we discussed your pet allergy, I mentioned our pet free rooms but you did not want to move from a King bed to a Queen bed. I let you know I would place you in a room that was not often used for Pets and have housekeeping do an additional clean. You asked to be on the top floor. I apologize for any confusion. We have also had our engineering team review the other items you mentioned. Thank you for bringing that to our attention.
